We've had good luck with laminate flooring installed almost 20 years ago -- I think one of the first interlocking laminates with metal joints made in Norway. Great stuff. We thought we'd have similar success with this flooring. We put this laminate down in several rooms on one floor -- dining and family rooms, as well as hallway and 2 bedrooms. About halfway through of the job, we purchased an additional 6 boxes after our initial 45 box order when we realized we would not have quite enough. We separated to boards my pattern, added the new boards to the piles and were almost done when we noticed a cloudy section on one of the boards. On closer inspection, boards we already installed were damaged. We think that the first large order was fine, but that the second order contained the flawed boards with cloudy sections. It looks like the finish was incorrectly applied -- too much -- too little -- who knows -- but they should not have made it through quality control. I'm just sick about it. Since taking half the floor up and redoing it without damaging the joints is not a good option, I guess we'll have to live with what we have, and hope that the flawed finish on those pieces remains cosmetic. A real shame.

I purchased this Grand Canyon laminate in March 2022 and had a professional install it it my den. The color and texture was what I was looking for. After 3 months I noticed chips on the side of the planks. This should not have happened with an AC4 traffic rating . I'm retired and my den does not get much traffic. I'm very disappointed in this product.

All boxes that I ordered one 3 boxes were good every thing else was cracked somewhere

Shipment running late unfortunately

I bought late 2023 for my livingroom and again August 2024 for my family room. Sad to see it was disconnected. Worried I may come up short and no way to purchase any additional panels if we do.

This is the second home that we've purchased this select surfaces laminate flooring for and we love it. It was very easy to install and it's very durable.

We recently purchased the Toffee laminate flooring by Select Surfaces. We have a similar color by the same company (caramel by select surfaces) throughout our home. We receive frequent compliments on the looks of our floors. The color is classic and the product is amazing. With two young kids and a energetic dog we needed durable floors that could handle wear and tear. This product has not disappointed. We expect the same awesome product with the Toffee laminate that we purchased. Easy to install! You will not be with this product or this company.
