I’m a cab lover, so I’ve tasted quite a lot of cabs at vineyards from various regions. Big, full bodied with a balanced tannins is my preference. This cab is relatively soft on tannins. Considering it’s 2021 vintage, it’s very easy to drink, full of blackberries. This cab is great for its value.

It’s slightly sweet , oaky and not bitter at all. Great pairing with meat and cheese. The price point is just right.

It was great drank cool or room temp. I feel like this is an excellent fall wine. Fruity summer vibe, but richness of a winter red wine. It also didn’t give me the typical red wine headache. I’d definitely buy this again! What a great gift it would make too.

Flavor is pleasantly rich, with a depth that is very welcoming to explore. Smooth, reasonably dry, great legs.
