If you're a Scotch whiskey drinker, then Johnnie Walker is where it is at. It is famous for a reason, and that's because it is so good and so smooth. The read is a blend of 35 different grain and malt whiskeys that is aged for a minimum of 12 years before being blended so it's a very unique taste compared with other brands.

I'm genuinely confused by the other reviews on here because they're so positive. This was by far the worst whisky I've ever had. It tasted like cigarettes. It tasted like I went to a party, grabbed a glass of harsh whisky and the whole party used my glass as the community ashtray. I tried mixing it with diet coke, dr pepper and even monster. NOTHING could overpower the cigarette flavor. I've never thrown away an unfinished bottle before now.

JW red label is one of my favourites. As I said in other reviews, I tasted a few entry level blended scoth whisky's side by side, older and new one's, and for me, generally, they are fall down in quality. My style of scotch is that smokey like this one or Passport Scotch, Black&white, Black Bottle or William lawson's. No doubt that JW Black label is a good scotch, once it's my reference when I think in scotch, but it's only a bit deep than red. JW red label is very similar and not so smooth. The smoothness sometimes can be bored, and JW Red Label is bit more explosive with well integrated smoky and malt. I like very much the smell of this whisky.

Only buy this and share it with your worst enemies. I am not a fan of Johnnie Walker at all, but Red Label is especially heinous -- almost like drinking gasoline. It's got such strong fumes and such an intense burn, I'm not sure why you would buy this unless you were truly desperate.

Johnnie Walker Red Label Blended Scotch Whiskey overall one of my favourite whiskeys! Im not really a drinker but what I love about this whiskey the tastes isnt to strong but it also isnt too little. Compared to others I have tasted which are to strong for my liking. It is affordable when compared to the black label which is a nice alternative.

This is my husband's favorite. It's a beautiful blend. I buy it for house warming or birthdays. It's well worth the money it's not overly expensive. I recommend it to all our family and friends. If you haven't tried it yet go get a bottle and have a nice drink after a steak dinner

Its really good, it tastes almost the same as the black label but without that woody taste. Good option if you want to save a little xtra money. This isnt as Smooth as black label, youll like it more if you add it to a drink than drinking it by it self.

Very smooth, nice for sipping on any night. Add a splash of soda and your good to go. Love Johnnie Walker Red Label. There is nothing to improve on this product, even the packaging is excellent. The variety offered is amazing and yes I would definitely purchase again!!!

I can't even put into words how much I love black label, it's so smooth and flavorful and I definitely recommend this. Its not the first one I go for simply because of my budget so I have to drink on the cheaper side but I always buy this for dinner parties and holidays

If you like Scotch Whiskey then this is one you definitely need to try! The best way is on the rocks or neat ! Smooth going down with a nice aftertaste! Fairly affordable for the quality that you are getting! Would probably purchase again given the chance!
