I recently started drinking it. No improvement needed. It helps with cramps and I feel like it helps with my sinuses. It tastes good and does not contain caffeine. I can drink it anytime of the day. This my new favorite drink, I would recommend.

I love ginger ale and miss the 10 product line which used small amount of sugar to counter the diet taste. Heinz ketchup has product now wiith real cane sugar so I now purchase again. It's time to use ONLY cane sugar again.
