It taste good and add a little dimension to the drink and it can be used for many cooking recipes not just drinks. We made mint juleps with it. It's straight up alcohol to me but it seems like such a classic and old fashion drink.

It is very versatile. I pairs it with peach sparkling water, squeeze of lime and a few dashes of the bitters and it turned out delicious!!

Goes great with Hendrick's tonic water. A few dashes is quite sufficient for the desired taste. Also good for a upset stomach put couple drops in water
