This table is awesome. Sturdy and beautiful. It is easily converted from a round table to the oval for when guest come to stay. Chairs are sturdy and beautiful.

I am sitting at this table typing this review. The shipping was fine, and the set arrive earlier than expected. The assembly was good. The table was easy to assemble. I had some issues with the table butterfly leaf not being able to align with the pins. I sent email to the service address, and they promptly helped me with my issue. The chair assembly took a little longer than the table (six chairs, after all!). I assembled each chair loosely, and then went back leveled them out and tightened them up. The table is sturdy and stylish!

During assembly I accidentally tossed some of the chair legs in a burn pile :/ I tried calling customer service which only got me to a voice message with instructions to send an email. I sent an email and got a quick response and after verifying the replacement parts I needed, they quickly shipped them to me via FedEx!

Sams's Club has decided to only ship this item with EFW freight, who then contracts the shipping out to another company. Initially was told this was delivered 5 days early, however I never received it. Spent hours contacting Sam's as well as the freight company to figure out where my item was. Kept being told it was delivered. The next day they changed their tune and told me it was not delivered and there was an error and I would maybe be able to receive it in a week. The item was less than 45 minutes away from me and they were not going to be able to deliver for another week? Absolutely ridiculous. Sam's customer service was very lacking and I had to call multiple times as each rep who promised to call me back failed to do so. Finally received my refund and canceled the delivered after hours of frustration and stress. Highly recommend you do not buy this, or any other furniture from Sam's due to their terrible service and shipping companies they have chose to use.

This is such a beautiful and affordable dining set! I love the black with the cane back chairs. The cushions of the chairs are very soft and comfortable and the chairs feel sturdy and durable. The table expands or can be smaller making it versatile for multiple spaces. This would be great for a breakfast nook that you can expand when you have company or a dining room expanded all the time!

End of February, a friend ordered this for me since I wasn't a member. Received 3/14. Put together chairs which I love and then opened the table to find it broken! Just my luck it was Out of Stock. I only wanted a replacement table, but since it is a set they wanted it all returned and give me a refund. So everyday I checked to reorder. Sunday March 31 it showed in stock, so I became a member (so my friend didn't have to deal this again) Ordered and it showed a different delivery company EFW. It was supposed to be deliver today...just found out they have lost my order...So once again it is out of stock they are giving me a refund and I get to wait again. I'm beginning to think I will never get this table. Sam's please contact Becki Owens and get more in stock!

I really do love so many things about this dining set. The table looks very luxurious and expensive. The wood is thick yet stylish. The chairs are comfortable and I love how high the back of the chair is. The butterfly leaf extension feature is also a huge bonus!

The picture makes the table top look almost seamless but it does not look that way in person. The seams of the leaf are very obvious. Also the outer ring of the table looks the same color as the rest of the table but it much lighter and the whole thing has a much yellower tone. If it wasn't such a hassle I'd return it.

Amazing quality for great price. Very sturdy. The leaf is stored within the table which was a nice surprise. Everything was easy to assemble and the shipping company communicated in a timely manner. Saw previous reviews with issues and I took a chance. Very happy I did.

I was excited because this table was exactly was I have been looking for, it has been so hard to find a natural colored table. When I unboxed it, it is definitely a yellowish cheap wood. Not at all like what is displayed on the websites. Dealing with customer service trying to return it wasn’t even worth it, they were no help at all. They want me to box it up and take it be shipped back when it took two guys to unload it off the delivery truck.
