Worked at first

The Air Fryer worked fine the first few times I used it but it now will not heat or brown food.

Pre heat feature

I wish it had a pre heat features. Many recipes ask for fryer to be preheated

Hi Brenda! To preheat you air fryer you simply set the temperature at which you are cooking the food or at the temperature that the recipe states. Click “on” or turn the timer dial and let the air fryer heat for 3-5 minutes. We recommend 3 minutes for small air fryers less than 3QTs and for about 5 minutes for larger air fryers. Hope this helps!
