These are great tasting and crisp with a mixture of sweet tart. I absolutely love these apples. I love using sweet tart apples to eat with peanut butter or add to salads and or pork tenderloins when cooking. I haven't cooked with these yet because I eat them as a snake so far. But I think they should cook well since they are firm. If apples aren't firm when you buy them, they probably won't be good and you don't want to cook with them. Maybe soft apples are okay for applesauce, I don't know, Whatever your preference is I guess. These are wonder tasting apples as long as they are fresh.

Wow! Superb texture and crunch. Dimension in flavor (which is really rare for apples) and a marvelous eating apple! Average sweetness, a touch of tartness. Whole Foods has organic ones if you want them. The only apple that I sometimes like more is organic Granny Smith, especially when they are on the sweeter side.

Apples are my favorite fruit. I love all types of varieties. The Wild Twist taste is crisp, juicy, with red candied sweetness with a touch of tartness. The taste is asbolutely fantastic! Today i just purchased Wild Twist apples for the first time. I normally purchase Honey Crisp apples but after talking to another customer that was purchasing the Wild Twist apples, I decided to give them a try after the other customer said she liked them even better than Honey Crisp. Just finished eating the apple and I think I will be purchasing these apples from now on. They were juicy and very crisp!

They were just not good.

These are the absolute best apples! We purchase 2-3 bags every week. We eat them fresh, add them to yogurt and bake with them. They are never mushy and always have great flavor. They are out of stock and we don’t have apples. Please get them back!!!

We love Ambrosia apples. If we weren't so disappointed in not getting our favorites this might have a 5. We like the crispy firm texture both apples have the wild twist are just not as sweet. Still a good apple though.

The best flavored apples hands down. Me and my husband was calling dibs on them. A crisp bite with a juicy favor gets your taste buds going. I hope I can find them again and will be buying several bags.

This is one of the sweetest, most flavorful apple varieties I've ever tried. Very crisp, too. They also don't brown much at all. Great snacking apple. Will definitely buy again!
