The rolls still have the same great taste they had, but now they are smaller, and harder to separate out. The old cinnamon rolls were something I would make a trip out to Sam's Club just to get, they tasted great and were easy to serve to people without getting messy or having to be touched a lot. These new ones have the same taste, only reason they got 3 starts, but the way they are served and serving to multiple people is messy and a pain.

Unfortunately, Sam's took away the delicious cinnamon rolls that were baked individually in muffin paper. This new version, a tray of blah cinnamon rolls, is just like what you find at any grocery store, and is not up to Sam's usual high standards. It's very disappointing, but I will console myself by not eating cinnamon rolls anymore. Either way, they're not healthy, so that's the positive take on this.

Definitely not a fan of the new cinnamon rolls. The original rolls were so good and something we purchased on each Sam’s trip. The new ones that was purchased on this trip weren’t even in the same league for taste and texture. Threw away half the pan that was left uneaten. Please bring back the original ones!

You had at one time, individual rolls that i talked up to all my friends. You stopped selling them and a few months later you introed these bowling balls you call rolls. I am sure they are cheaper to make, but the optimum word with your new cinnamon rolls is CHEAP.

The texture of the roll was like undercooked bread. There was not enough cinnamon taste. The icing had very little taste. I have never had a cinnamon roll I have not been able to eat. I shared it with someone and they had the reaction. Overall I found nothing good.

Really? You guys can do better. And you have. Not only are these smaller and have much less icing, but frankly, they’re weirdly doughy (in a bad way) tasting. They’re not separate like the old ones so pulling one out of the bunch is a sticky, terrible scene in which you are tearing them as well as rubbing off the scant amounts of cream cheese frosting. The older kind in their own muffin wrappers, were amazing. Bring them back! Don’t do us like that, Sam!

The individual cinnamon rolls were the best thing in the world, this “new” lazy style is complete garbage. It tasted like the covered a bagel with frosting. I didn’t complain when the shrank the individual cinnamon rolls, like by 30%, and kept the same price. Why, because the quality was w Still top notch. This new recipe is just a gross slap in the face, and I called my alderman and reported the entire staff for negligence and reckless endangerment.

I have had these awesome, tasty morsels in the past, but after the last batch, I will not venture down that road again because they were very hard and have to replace my steak knives now.

These cinnamon rolls don't even come close to the old ones, that were individual. They hardly have any icing and are just squashed together So incredibly disappointing. Please, please bring back the old ones!!

These are not what I thought. They taste like canned rolls that have been baked and left over. I thought they were the previous ones that were wrapped in individual brown paper. These are overly chewy and sugary but not good. Only saving grace was the cinnamon. But these got trashed. Even my teen son didn't eat them
