Immediately upon plugging in this device, a flying insect entered my home and was drawn to the light. I have it plugged in at the entry of my home, it is also a great night light. I appreciate that it is easy and mess free to replace the cartridge. This device rotates 90° for convenience as well.

It works best for fruit flies and gnats. Not very helpful if you have a bigger bug issue. I noticed it started catching flies pretty quickly after plugging it in, especially when I placed it near my fruit bowl. It's very easy to use, just plug it in. No smell, no touching dead bugs since everything gets trapped on the sticky insert. I also like that it works like a little night light. It's very simple and clean way to reduce small bugs inside of the house.

The blue light atracts the bugs in and traps them on the sticky side. Set up was simple just plug in. It creates a nice little night light for the area as well. Makes no noise at all.
