It's effective and simple to use, all you have to do is peel off the sticker cover and then place in the insert and plug it in. The product does the work itself and the flies will be trapped easily on this trap. It doesn't make any noise which is good too! I placed mine in my kitchen where flies usually come to annoy where food or fruit is. With the summers being so hot I find sometimes if my kids are going in and out the door the flies find their way inside so easily so this trap will help trap them.

There is no maintenance aside from changing out the sticky catcher as needed. I put it in my kitchen close to my kitchen sink. So far it's caught all kinds of bugs.
