So far it's working and is trapping flies and mosquitoes. I will definitely be buying more. There's no noise or smells coming from it.

Simply plug it in and it turns on immediately. It does not have an off button, but I think for this purpose, it's okay. There's no smell, and the cartridges are easy to replace when needed. There's replacement cartridges aren't cheap, so that is a factor, but each one should last a while depending on individual households.

It works well for small insects and mosquitoes, those that are in fruits, for those larger ones that are attracted by the smell of meat, for example, the trap does not work..

It has an ambient blue glow that not only attracts pests but also doubles as a night light. That's what I wanna do. The setup was easy. I just pulled off the paper strip on the inside, plugged it in and we were ready for business.
