[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to receive Zevo's full size flying insect trap from Zevo & Influenster in exchange for an honest review. I live with gnats and fruit flies due to growing plants and propagating seeds and cuttings indoors. I needed a convenient solution for three areas: guest bathroom closest to the living room, kitchen island and patio sliding doors. I saw the flying insects in the two areas near the trap placement (near outlets). Setup: It was easy. I didn't even remove the cartridge and just removed the film from the sticky trap. Surprisingly, it wasn't as sticky as I had thought. Cool features: The electrical prones are a uniform size so the Zevo can be plugged upside down down, if necessary. It also has a cool 90-degree rotation so that the device can be moved horizontally, thus not obscuring the other plug. Test: 3 hours in the daytime in the bathroom; 3 hours in the daytime on the kitchen island outlet; 5+ hrs in the dark in the bathroom; and 5+ hrs on the kitchen island location. Result: Nothing. I even saw small insects nearby, thinking at some point in this 24-hr test, it would trap at least one insect. I gave the product an extra star for the thoughtful cool features.
