[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Listen, I will be honest when I say I did not expect this to work at my house. I do not have drain flies or fruit flies. I get these monster flies that sneak into my house in the summer I truly did not think this was going to work because those flies are monsters and have survived everything else I had. However, after a couple of days I decided to see how it did. It did amazing. I cannot believe how many it caught. I saw a faster turn around than I ever have with any other fly trap and I can assure you I am buying more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SUPERCHARGE Your Traps! All you have to do is turn, off all the lights in the room at night! (or darken the room as much as you can.) The blue light is what attracts the bugs. Too much light distracts the bugs from the trap. We live in an older house and have occasional fruit fly and sewer fly problems. When they come, they come in force! For a long time, we had to put up with pesky flies until we could go through the process of retreating the drains in our house with drain fly killer. At first, after buying the Zevo traps, I was not that impressed. The traps worked okay, but not well enough. (Trust me, we tried everything! Nothing worked.) Then one night, as I was fighting off the flies because I was standing next to the only lamp on in the room, it hit me - if l turn off all the lights except for the blue Zevo light, the trap will get them! Sure enough, that night I turned off the lights, except for the Zevo. The next morning, the trap had 2x as many flies. From that point on, I made sure each room with a Zevo was as dark as possible. It's been six months, and it's still working! Oh, by the way, the traps work great on most other flying insects, too!!

The best part is that it doesn't require batteries or liquid refills. You simply replace the cartridge once it's full of insects. It's also reasonably priced and easy to find in most grocery stores.

I have seen these EVOS in store but was hesitant to try them. So glad I received one to try. It's so simple to use, peel the protective cover off the back of the bug trap in the back and plug it in. After the first night it had caught about 5 fruit flies and 1 fly, the next night a few more. I think I'm gonna go purchase a few more to put throughout the house. I haven't had to fight a fruit fly to eat since I plugged this in, I'm sold on it!

It has worked great up there especially since getting bugs in your trailer is inevitable while camping. After the first night there were already a few small bugs attached to the sticky material on the back of the front panel. It also uses a blue light to help naturally attract the bugs to it which is nice but the light can't be a bit bright if you're using in a small area. Overall though I really enjoy this product.
