Assembly is as simple as it gets, just pop the cartridge in and plug it into the wall. It's not a repellent so it won't stop bugs from entering, but the UV and blue light draws them in and traps them around the clock and you can actually see it catching things within the first few days. No noise, no chemicals, no smell, which is a big plus especially with pets around. The cartridge swap is mess free since you never have to touch what's on it. Coverage is solid for a single room but one unit won't handle a whole house, so place it close to wherever the problem actually is. The blue light is pretty bright, so keep it out of bedrooms, but the design is clean and low profile enough that it doesn't look out of place anywhere else. Works best on gnats and fruit flies rather than larger house flies, but for what I needed it for it gets the job done.

It was super easy to set up and I like that there's no spray or strong smell. The design is simple and clean, and it doesn't look ugly plugged in. So far, it seems to be doing its job and I love that it works 24/7.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great bug/pest trapper! Took me 15 seconds to set up, just one peel of sticky backing and plug it in! Awesome blue light that attracts those pesky bars and flies, possibly moths too! Anything that's attracted to your fresh fruit and a blue light!! This is 100 percent silent, you don't even know that it's there, only reason I gave a 4 star is because the starter kit doesn't give any refills which in my opinion should have at least two more to get you by! Especially since it's summer!

The setup was so easy and user friendly. The way you can move it anywhere in the house to get the most amounts of flies is a 11/10.

I plugged it in right by my fruit bowl + you can see the fruit flies going towards it. After only an hour I had fruit flies attached to the sticky back. There is no odor and it is very clean looking. I Also like how you can rotate the trap sideways if you need to for your space. Great product!
