As per its features, it effectively traps regular and fruit flies, as well as other common pests that people encounter daily when they open their doors and these pests fly in. I have a mild to severe phobia of all creepy crawly or flying insects that can significantly increase depending on the type of bug, lol. The guard safety feature is particularly helpful because it allows me to grab the light fixture and remove the sticky trap within. I also appreciate the blue light feature, which emits a pleasant blue glow from the trap. Not only does this device eliminate pesky bugs, but it also serves as an excellent night light. I keep it running continuously throughout the day and night, and I haven't had to change it yet. The sticky part still has some residue, but I'm not sure if the trapped bugs deter new ones from entering the sticky trap zone. It's also quite silent, which is a significant advantage. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zevo's Flying Insect Trap is super easy to set up - you just peel the protective backing off the sticky cartridge and plug it in! I tend to get a lot of fruit flies in my kitchen, especially during the summertime. I first tried it in an outlet that's located under some cabinets against a shiny backsplash and didn't see too much traction there. I'm not sure if the reflection of the blue light was drawing more attention to my backsplash than the trap, so just something to keep in mind. I then moved it to an outlet on a plain, open wall which was closer to the ground and that's when I started to see more activity. It didn't completely get rid of all the fruit flies but it did make a difference, as you can see from the photos. It also attracted what appears to be a large mosquito as well. I think it'd probably work even better if I had an outlet that was higher up on a wall. It's quiet and not intrusive, and I like that it gets rid of bugs without me having to use traditional bug sprays that have a lingering smell. The bonus is that the bright light also functions as a night light in my dark kitchen. I would've liked if it came with some additional replacement cartridges, but otherwise I love it! I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

This zevo has helped quite a bit in keeping the population of them down in my house. I also like the calming blue light. Not only does it help attract little bugs it works as a night light.

Plus, I like that its a night light. It eminates a soft blue light. It is very easy to put together. I definitely recommend this product.

No assembly needed. The blue light is very pretty and doubles as a night light. There is no odor to it, which is great. It's effective too, and lasts a long while.

When I looked I was shocked at how many little fruit flies it had caught. I had no idea I even had fruit flies, maybe 1 here and there. After a few weeks, its still working, it even caught a huge fly. I like the blue light, it works as a night light for my cats. Its not big so it can really be placed anywhere. And replacing the sticky trap is extremely easy. Im very pleased with the Zevo and will continue to use it.

This trap catches them incredibly well and because the sticky side face is the wall you never have to look at the bugs! The blue light is awesome as a night light with zero zapping noises or orders. Looks very discreet on the wall! Highly recommend!

The Zevo Flying Insect Trap provides a simple non-toxic solution to help capture small flying insects around the home. Setup was extremely simple, consisting of peeling back the sticky pads protective film, and sliding it into the illuminated holder. After plugging in the Zevo unit, it emits a nice blue/UV light, that's supposed to draw the flying insects to the sticky pad which you can empty and replace once full. I installed mine in my bathroom to try and help capture the small flies that summertime brings. Unfortunately, after several weeks of use, I noticed that this unit hasn't captured a single fly. I decided to keep the unit plugged in and utilize it as a cool blue night light.

When I know I am going out of town, I try to remember to eat up my produce or bring it with me. Unfortunately, I forgot to do both recently. Luckily, my zevo was ready! It works consistently, and I am very pleased with how effective it is. The units are easy to assemble, and the packaging is easy to read and understand. I like that there are no sprays or scents. It is safe to have around my children and pers. The blue light is also a nice little nightlight when you run into the kitchen for a glass of water after midnight!
