This product captured a few gnats and a wasp but I still had so many flies in my home and only one was stuck to the plug in even after giving it an additional 48 hours after the event I still have lots of fly. I would say this product works well for gnats and other flying bugs but as far as house flies I would rate it at zero. No smell and nice little added night light in the kitchen.

It plugs into an outlet has a bright blue light that draws in any flying insect and traps it on a sticky pad. Best part is they are hidden. This is way better than your average sticky fly trap I would definitely recommend.
