I was hoping that this microwave would last a while. I liked that you could do quick cook by pressing a number on the keypad. It was working fine one night, and stopped heating the food the next day. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

I bought this microwave to replace my Sharp Carousel that I purchased in 1991 !! Hope this one lasts as long. My only complaint is they could have made the power cord a few inches longer.

I purchased this microwave about 14 months ago at Sams Club. At first the there was a buzzing sound when the microwave was in use. Now it buzz and flames sparks inside of the microwave. The microwave power shuts completely off and after 5-10 the power is back on. Now I do not feel safe with this microwave being in my home, because it’s a huge hole inside of the microwave. This is the worst appliance that I’ve ever purchased.

The Sharp Countertop White Microwas was the perfect size. We only use the microwave oven for heating leftovers and for cooking bacon in the mornings. The microwave works perfectly for us.

Within a year, the first unit started sending out sparks inside. After some hassle, pictures and receipts uploaded, a lecture on proper use of the microwave and the cleaning, Sharp replaced the unit. This replacement has lasted less that two years. You decide.

I purchased this microwave approximately 1 year ago and the light would not come on which I thought was strange. Then after having it about 10 months the light came on. Now the light smells as though it's going to catch on fire. Worst microwave ever.

Checks all the major boxes for features I need, 1.1cu ft or larger is a must for me, and 1000w or higher is also a must, I prefer 1100w but this one does the job just fine. I have no issues with it and would purchase again in the future if/when mine needs replaced.

I purchased the microwave 6 to 8 months ago, in the last few days I noticed a change in the way in which it cooked. Today as I tried to warm my food, 30 seconds in the microwave began to spark then it shorted out! I was terrified of a possible fire or even if it may have been doing some internal damage to my body! Even worst I had throw out my lunch! I had to remind myself "you pay for what you get!" I reached out to Sharp, we shall see what happens.
