Good product

We bought one of these about a year ago, and it kept turning itself off.  We traded it for another one, thinking the first one we got was defective.  Only the second one started doing the same thing a couple weeks after purchase.  We have struggled with it for about a year.  We will be purchasing another brand this week.  Cannot put up with this any longer.

This is my second Sharps micro-wave. The first one died after several years of daily use so I did not hesitate to replace it with the current model. The dimensions are a perfect fit for my counter where it is located. I was pleased to note some upgrades from the previous model: the turntable plate holder is much improved and it runs quieter. My only criticism is that the cord is a bit short and depending on the location of the electrical outlet, may be an issue. Overall I am highly satisfied and recommend this product.
