very good.the perfect amount of sweet. absolutely NO aftertaste :0) I haven't baked with it yet. and am a little hesitant to because it is a little costly. I am not on any special diet. but I am trying to cut back on my sugar intake. I've tried so many different sweeteners, and have had to toss them out because I could not handle the aftertaste, the fake taste. this Monkfruit sugar substitute is a blessing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of this product is fairly similar to cane sugar but a bit smaller crystal sizes. It has a similar taste to other zero and low sugar sweeteners I've used before but the amount of Erythritol in it (this is the first ingredient on the label on the bag) was a shock to me given how much attention is placed on the Monkfruit. The cookies made with this sweetener tasted a lot sweeter to me than the same recipe with just cane sugar at the 1-to-1 ratio recommended on the bag; I'd add less of this product frankly unless you like the sweet to be stronger than the chocolate in your cookies. I received this product for free from Lakanto through the Tryazon program in exchange for using it at a baking party and reviewing it; no other form of compensation was received for sharing my honest experience.

I love your products, but it is very hard for me toorder from your website. So I end up calling for all my orders. I can never see how to order the 3# bag of regular monk sugar. But I don’t mind calling my orders in. I’m actually more comfortable calling orders in versus doing it on the phone.

I make homemade keto granola with lakanto classic sweetener and sometimes I add some lakanto maple syrup. Tastes delicious and has no artificial aftertaste. I also made a keto carrot cake with lakanto brown sugar and no one can tell it was keto. Great product!
