I have been using this for awhile. I have a reaction to other sugars ( sinus congestion) but not to the monkfruit, one.

I've tried other brands of monkfruit sugar substitutes and Lakanto is definitely the best. I use it in my coffee and for baking and am very pleased.

This sweetener is the first monk fruit sweetener I have tried, but not the first low carb/zero calorie sugar by far.

It taste good and I made SF Brownie treats with them .the are a great substitute for needing to be sugar free .

I started using Lankato a long time ago as a substitute for sugar in my coffee and now in recipes! Great for people with diabetes.
