Personally i use a tsp of reg sugar in my tea but i actually use less than a tsp of Monkfruit! I really like this product.

Lakanto monkfruit is the best sweetener there is. I drink my tea SWEET, and this is the only sugar I use. I carry packets in my purse.

We are loving our Monkfruit sugar substitute. It's the closest we've been able to find to regular sugar with no bitter aftertaste.

First and only alternative sugar I actually love! No aftertaste… I have several of Lakanto’s products

I have tried other substitute sweetners and by far Lakanto is the best one, hands down. Love to cook with it.
