[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would certainly recommend this refrigerator BUT you should read on... We wanted a large refrigerator with vertically split doors. We didn't want an ice/water dispenser in the door because we rarely used it and considered it a waste of space. This Samsung is as far as we can see the only that meets this requirements. It's got a huge amount of room on the non freezer side. It's an excellent, well made refrigerator. NEGATIVE NOTES: - 1.) The ice is an 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. The speed of making ice is OK, but not great. In addition, once full you will to hear it go on & off trying to make ice. Why doesn't it simply shut off. 2.) The cord during shipping is secured to the top of top with a SCREW!!! Yes, and you get a whole in your refrigerator. 3.) The help line while adequate is really slow. I would give it a 7.

i bought this refrigerator for space convenience and economy, and to tell the truth i was impressed with the ability to store everything i need. i just wanted a refrigerator that was spacious, modern, and in the same vein as samsung so that it would not be aesthetically out of step with the stove i had previously purchased from the brand. the design is charming as its minimalist design makes it look very modern and the black steel color makes it look very elegant. i decided on this model because it is precisely the space that i have for a refrigerator, and i did not want it to protrude from the counter and that is why i chose it that way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks so great, I was afraid to dirty it. After being in my kitchen a few weeks I have come to LOVE the fingerprint resistant feature. Cleaning the surface is so quick and easy! Another feature that I didn't even realize I would like are the handles. They don't stick out and are built in the sides of each door. So it really adds to sleekness of the overall look. The most anticipated feature I was looking forward to was the ice maker. That was something I was going to miss from my old fridge but Samsung's version is way more convenient than expected. The cubes are a good size for our canteens and cups. I don't have to break them down to fit. As for the storage space, this fridge can hold a lot!! I took out a shelf to get the height space needed for a cake and I had lots of shelving space on the door to help with rearranging. I highly recommend this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's start with the design Cool modern sleek design it claims finger resistant stainless steel so to test their claim I would rest my whole hand on the door. Take it away and then look for my big hand print. unfortunately after testing this multiple times I could not find my prints I'm impressed! It's like it has a slick coating over it which also makes it easy to clean without leaving streaks. The fridge side keeps food cold evenly regardless of where you put an item this is where the fridge won me over every other fridge I have had always seems to have warm spots and cold spots for instance fridge doors usually never keep milk or juices cold enough or if you put items to the back of the fridge its likely to freeze the item With the Samsung I never had that problem and when looking for items that is no problem because the led lighting leaves no shelf dark everything is bright almost to bright actually would be great if you could adjust the brightness or if it had a sensor to adjust based on room brightness but that is minor. the fridge seems to swallow up everything and still leave room for more I really like side by side fridges because everything can be organized much better especially on the freezer side ice cream on one shelf frozen pizza on another and the ice maker doesn't take up half the space it just makes it easier to find something versus having to dig for it. I totally recommend this Samsung side by side fridge it looks fantastic it performs fantastic and the capacity is fantastic whether you have a big family or just you or two and will be sure to get praises at your next gathering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am SO pleased with the purchase of the RS28A500ASG refrigerator. Sleek Beautiful is what I call my fridge. It is modern with a sleek appearance. The amount of space that it contains is amazing and makes organizing the food so much easier. It has plenty of shelves as well as the flat door design and the “hidden” handles makes the appearance of the fridge flow with the layout of my kitchen. The smudge proof / fingerprint resistant exterior is a BIG winner on this one as well. The few fingerprints that I have seen were so easy to remove with a dry cloth. The freezer is also spacious and has plenty of shelves and storage to store all of my frozen foods. I am SO pleased with the ice maker; it does not take up a lot of room and I love the detachable ice bucket! The interior lighting is a plus because it makes it very easy to see everything clearly. I am truly happy with this purchase.

It is actually nice to have the extra room. The doors hold plenty and easy to open. More then enough space I am still learning more about it. I am sure I will find more things as time goes on. I am enjoying it and have had a few nice comments on it and wanted more information where to get on.

This is a nice refrigerator but be prepared for the door shelf bins to be replaced as they seem to break extremely easily! Obviously ours broke outside of the warranty coverage and they are expensive to replace. Very frustrating.
