[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the design of this refrigerator, It's sleek and clean looking and I really like that it doesn't have a water dispenser. Our old refrigerator had a water dispenser and it was disgusting--there's just no way to wash them and so I'd rather use a filtered pitcher that I can wash. The only problem with this refrigerator is that we've lost power two times and each time the refrigerator does not turn back on. We have to wait for power to be restored, unplug the refrigerator and wait several minutes before plugging it back in. Our electric system is in perfect working order so I don't know why this would happen. Plus we never had this problem with our old refrigerator. We've been really lucky that we've been home when the power went out but this is really a huge problem if we have to worry about all our food rotting if we go out of town and the power goes out. I googled this problem and can't seem to find a solution. We put the refrigerator on a power strip with a surge protector and we're hoping this will fix it. If this doesn't work and we have to empty our fridge every time we travel, I will be very dissatisfied.

The styling is great very contemporary. The fingerprint proof stainless finish is a great improvement over our older stainless fridge that always seemed to have handprints. We are very pleased with our purchase .

after about a month, this model refrigerator broke and the panel is now flashing with error codes. we waited about a full week before buying groceries and now the refrigerator is full of stakes, fresh seafood and perishable food/ items. now we have to throw it all away. not sure when the technician will arrive and no idea if we have to wait months for parts!!!

I like the clean lines with the smooth front and there is a lot of room in the fridge and freezer. The LED lighting is nice and bright and there is also an alarm if you leave the door open too long. I also like the app so that I can monitor the fridge settings. Overall, I like this refrigerator but I have noticed a few things. It does have an issue with fingerprints and the metal dents easily. Overall, it is a nice, clean look fridge and I do like it.

I even have room in the freezer to add more if needed which is a nice change. I also love the recessed handles in the doors. I actually love the design more than I thought I would. The controls are easy to read and use. This fridge reminds you if you've left the door(s) open, or didn't put the ice bucket back correctly. Very nice feature. I am still trying to figure out how to lower the temp. Right now, I clean the ice bucket out every 1 to 2 weeks to avoid having a frozen "block" of ice in the bucket. It is a nice change not having to worry about our food being cold enough. I am very, very happy with this. This Refrigerator is sleek and catches the eye as soon as you go in the kitchen. To get to our family room, you have to cross through the kitchen and everyone comments right away. The stainless steel design and fingerprint resistant metal allows our refrigerator to stay looking great all the time! The space inside is great as well. After transferring all our food from our old fridge into our new one, we saw we have so much more space and we love how many shelves there are. Giving us more options to move around items and organize. The freezer side was just as great! We love how many shelves there are. It is slightly smaller than our previous freezer but the additional shelves give us the space needed. The one thing we definitely wanted was an ice maker and we got one! The ice cubes are a great size to fit in our water bottles and they are made relatively quickly. Overall we are very impressed with our new Samsung Refrigerator and it makes a great addition to our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the look of his fridge. I love the fact that it actually has no handles that stick out on the outside. To open the door You have to put your hand inside I slot in the middle which Will not cause fingerprints to touch the front of the doors. Inside the fridge there's plenty of room on the refrigerator side to store many of the various size items that I have come across. I like that there is an ice maker inside and it doesn't show on the outside to keep the sleek look of the flat front. The freezer is a tad small but I do have a separate freezer to keep my frozen food in storage. I do like that the water filter is on the bottom of the fridge. This will allow me to change the filter and not have to move food around. The LED lighting is bright on the inside of the fridge. I do like the 2 minute door alarm to alert me when my children leave the door open.

This fridge is very loud and makes a lot of different noises despite us not even having the ice maker hooked up. Items including meat, eggs, and leafy greens freeze in the refrigerator constantly despite its "All Around Cooling" feature. The app only lets you know if the fridge door is open, not the freezer. Also arrived missing parts.
