[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refirgerator few month ago and I totally love it. I had LG french door and I hate the freezer drawer, I can't find anything in there. This Samsung refrigerator I bought is so nice with the style side by side door. I open the door and I can see what I need so easily. I gave away my LG which is only 2 years old without hesitation. This Samsung fridge is the way to go.

Has never worked right. Freezer doesn't keep items frozen consistently. Tech came out replaced the mother board and some other stuff. Seemed to work fine for a bit. Now its out of warranty and stuff doesn't stay frozen. App says there is nothing wrong with it...... frustrating.

With 28 cubic feet of space we can keep a few extra groceries on hand for when friends and family visit. The modern look fits perfectly in our updated kitchen and the finish is fully resistant to fingerprints. The all around cooling system ensures everything is kept at the proper temperature and always safe to eat. The indoor ice maker is a great bonus as we lone having cold drinks and making fun frozen slushies. Connecting the phone to our Smart things app keeps our mind at ease since we can monitor the temperature and and control it remotely. The bright LED lighting inside makes it very easy to see what we have and identify what we need to buy more of.

I purchased this refrigerator last summer (2023). I cannot complain about the products ability to keep food preserved by doing what it was designed to do. But I CAN complain about the products quality of the stainless steel used for the face of the unit. It is just me and my wife in the house and we are both in our 70's. How much abuse can the refrigerator get from us? What I am getting at is the door faces, the flat stainless steel front panels, look like a hail storm has hit it. If it is bumped with anything hard it dents. I purchased the unit from a national big box store. To make a long story short it is the third refrigerator that was brought to my house. The first two were dented and I refused to accept them. This one was delivered and wrapped in clear shrink wrap on the surface. I did not see any dents on the surface while looking through the film on the metal so I accepted the unit. When I pilled the film off, which was after we had put all the items in the unit, there were many small dents in the metal. I went back to the store and told them and they offered to send me another one but by this time I didn't want to wait another 7 - 10 days for another one that could be in the same condition. Today I polished the stainless using a soft micro-fiber cloth and a spray stainless cleaner/polish. Any presser that I applied to get heavy dirt marks off scratched the finish. I have had other brands of refrigerators that were stainless and never had this kind of a problem. It seems that the thinkness of the metal is too thin to support normal everyday wear and tear. So to say the least, I am very unhappy with the product and I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

my garage refrigerator finally bit the dust and decided to get this refrigerator. this was a really good price/value refrigerator. here are the pros: modern design super super quiet wifi connectivity shows current temperature for freezer/fridge as well as the settings, door closed or not, and energy consumption charts and daily energy usage. extra deep shelves well built great value shows current temp in freezer and frig on the control panel and set temperature super thick doors cons: not really a con but the refrigerator is extra deep. normally a refrigerator would have handles that stick out, but this refrigerator doors are the handles, so the actual depth of this refrigerator is the same as a refrigerator measurement that includes the handle bumpout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a sleek looking sturdy cooling machine with minimal points of failure (like pull-out freezer drawers, water dispenser etc.) that was available for delivery quickly... found all of that in this. SmartThings connectivity helps track metrics like power consumption and how often the door was opened in addition to providing options to remotely change temps, start turbo cooling or the ice maker. We chose to buy shelf organizers because shelves cannot be moved - other than that - a solid cooling machine that should last a long time.

I did have to call Samsung for warranty service because the fruits and vegetables were frozen solid when push to the end of the fridge. They came and replaced the back panel. It seems it’s a known issue and I was not the only ones. The fridge has timer warnings if you left the door opened for too long. We absolutely like the space this fridge provides. If you are working on a limited budget this is the fridge to get for a well known brand.

had this model for a couple of weeks now, and we really like it a lot. gave it a 4 out of 5 stars, only for the lack of a deli tray. lighting is incredible inside. lots of storage. does have two drawers on the frige side, but i do wish they hung a deli drawer. ice make is clearly smaller in space than my old unit. nice having the freezer so tall.
