Great flavor

This is a nice sipper when you want the classic malt taste and just the right amount of fruit and Floral notes that you get some the 12 year old. This is a nice delicate scotch that you can give to your non scotch drinking friends and introduce them to the world of single malt.

12yr old single malt. Can’t be compared to any oth

I’m from the west coast of Scotland and have lived here in the USA for the last five years, it’s good to know and feel that warmth from my homeland. I don’t like peaty whisky but the 12yr old glenlivet is so smooth the only thing I would even consider adding is one ice cube.

Always great memories with my The Glenlivet

Every time I have a wee dram (or four) of The Glenlivet, I think back to my first taste. High School Student, able to drink across the bridge from Missouri over in Illinois. Picking up date at her house for a dance, her not ready. Her father asking if I would like something to drink. Me saying yes, Dad saying here have some Scotch Whisky. Been a fan ever since. Many years later took him a bottle, a few months later he passed away and his daughter told me he had just a wee dram before he passed. Thanks Mr. Port for the memories.

Glenlivet 12 Yr

Have enjoyed the 12 year scotch for awhile now. Always have one available and on hand. 95% of the time it’s on the rocks. I enjoy the smooth taste and have had friends and family that have experience subpar scotch to sip a little. I’ve turned their view 180 degrees, as the undertones and complex notes allow for a smooth and refreshing drink at the end of a long day!

Great Tasting, Smooth As Silk Across The Pallet.

I received the first bottle as a Christmas gift two years ago, and I am a believer. I now keep one in the pantry for those special evenings that require two fingers in the rocks glass straight up. I may have to try the 15 year old next... Do you guys sell decanters?

It’s the absolute best!

It is the only scotch, or hard liquor I drink. My parents introduced it to me over 40 years ago. I drink it straight; with a tiny trickle of water. It’s goes down smooth and warm. I’ve introduced it to many friends who say they don’t like scotch, they are now the glenlivet drinkers.

Relaxing

My girlfriend bought me a bottle after I had a glass when we were out for dinner the other night. I love it!! It's great to just sit back & sip on a glass. Extremely smooth without adding anything to it. This is perfect to get out when others that enjoy a good drink & not just drinking.

12 year old

I am sorry, I am hooked on the 12 year old single malt scotch. One, I personally can't afford the more expensive scotches, but boy would I love too. I have tried signal malts scotch through 15 but my taste buds turn me back to the 12 year old single malt scotch. Yah, I am old (86 year olds), but still loyal as can be to my old faithful 12 year old.

No more

This used to be my favorite whiskey until he made me get sick. It’s a little harsh, not too bad, tastes good but is a bit strong. I always needed a chaser after I drank this. Then one day it didn’t agree with me and now I can’t drink it anymore. But that’s ok because I found Tullamore Dew.

should own a piece of Scotland By Now

40+ years drinking 12yo. Only liquor my 4 kiddos wouldn’t steal and won’t drink to this day! Sad times we are living in. Getting a bit expensive when you can find it in our area. Bought the last bottle at our Sams Store last week and still none. Going the way my husband’s Black Crown Royal!
