The Glenlivet 12

Good to have on hand when friends come over. I like mine neat.

Nice burn

I have been drinking Glenlivet 12 since the 1990's and just picked up a new bottle over the holidays. The latest bottle left me quite disappointed. The mouthfeel, the finish, all were a faint whisper of what I remember and a far cry from the Nadurra or Illicit Still bottles I tried last. If this was a more natural presentation at a higher ABV, it may have hit the mark, but in it's current iteration, a real miss.

I give this as a gift to family member who drinks scotch. They are always thrilled with this gift.
