Glenlivet was a sponsor at the World Amateur Handicap Golf Tournament in Myrtle Beach, S.C. They offered tasting and since that time, I have been nothing but a 12-year Glenlivet scotch enthusiast. 12-year Glenlivet is my sole choice every day.

I love this scotch for “any day” . Some seem like they must be saved for special occasions, but this one I like to have any time for just a quiet relaxing drink. Or two.

I was gifted a bottle of this 12 year old about a year ago and it has become one of my regular go-to scotches, supplanting a competitor's 14 year old. It is much smoother than a 12 year old has a right to be, with a wonderful balance of flavors.

From what I can remember it a really nice and neat drink. Really smooth going down and pairs great with a cigar. I'll have to try it again to give you guys more honest opinion

I prefer a splash of the Glenlivet 12 on the rocks. It is a sipping drink to be enjoyed. It is great to sit back and relax in your favorite chair holding this superb drink.

I got this bottle by accident, and I'm glad I did. Smooth, mellow, and is good neat or on the rocks. It was so good, I got another bottle before the first one was finished.

I was actually confused and disappointed when Glenlevit came out with the newer "flavors" and aging ....but I have found this 12 yr old to be the best of the bunch...and just like the original I started drinking 30 years.

A must have to your starter collection if just getting into scotch! This one can be had by itself, on the rocks, or a slash of soda. A nice smooth yet smoky finish, a great way to end the day!

Smooth is a good word for it. There are people that can smell all the ingredients and describe the flavors in ways i cannot, but to me smooth is good enough.
