Good product

I do not write reviews, but I do not want anyone to make the same mistake that I made.  I originally brought this microwave and did like it for the cost, but within the first year, the microwave began sparking.  I did not want a fire so I bought another one.  Hesitant about the quality, I did hold the packaging for approx.four weeks.  Nevertheless, I have not had this one for more than probably six months and same problem, the microwave is throwing off sparks.

Do not purchase - Two attempts both defective!

This is my second Sharps micro-wave. The first one died after several years of daily use so I did not hesitate to replace it with the current model. The dimensions are a perfect fit for my counter where it is located. I was pleased to note some upgrades from the previous model: the turntable plate holder is much improved and it runs quieter. My only criticism is that the cord is a bit short and depending on the location of the electrical outlet, may be an issue. Overall I am highly satisfied and recommend this product.
