Everyday the shoelaces unravel unless you carefully tie them multiple times. This makes removing the boots a pain, because you have to unravel the shoelaces to remove the boots.

This shoe is not a hiking boot. The soles are too thin. You feel every stone on the path. Moreover, these so-called "boots" are ill-fitting in proportion to the human foot.

This NOT WATERPROOF AT ALL. Went hiking in Washington State, and they leaked the entire 2 weeks, and then they turned a funky color and stunk very bad; like mold. I threw them away. DO not buy these boots. They suck.

I bought this item to use them as work shoes and they only last me 2 months. Waste of the money fo something that would only last 2 months. The glue on the sole of the shoe comes off very easily.

I wore these "Eddie Bauer" men's hiking boots twice. Only Twice! I shouldn't complain they reduced the price to half what they were originally advertised at! After the first wearing I told the very poor "memory foam" insoles out and put in a pair of premium insoles. That did not work because then the forward toe area was too shallow, and it pinched my toes during the second attempt. They also pinched the sides of my big toe bones. Definitely not a good fit for me and definitely very cheaply manufactured. I would be surprised if the "Eddie Bauer" people know about the use of the Logo. I donated these shoes to a shoe drive being held by a local gym.

Bought these for my husband for Christmas and he loves them! They're comfortable and true to size. He only wishes they were a little better at keeping the cold out in the winter, but they're not marketed as a winter boot so I don't mark that against them. They'll be great for him to use camping and hiking.

Good working/hiking boot. Gave it a 4 due to being a little too warm in the inside. Great for cold weather not so for hot weather (I’m from South Texas). Seems to be sturdy, could have been made with a little more cushion inside and out. Overall I recommend this boot for the quality and value.

I can't believe I got this quality boot for under $30. I was so impressed with the comfort of this boot when I got home, I immediately went online to Sam's Club and ordered another pair. I would highly recommend everyone to either go to Sam's or go online and order a pair before they sell out.

Right boot was took tight. boots are heavy
