[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to for fresh style margaritas. 3 oz of a high quality silver tequila, juice of 3 limes squeezed, and 1 oz of Cointreau. Shake and the then pour over ice and it’s the perfect combo of sweet and sour and no artificial or bitter mix taste. The Cointreau adds the perfect citrus orange hint.

It's definitely a step up over triple sec (which is still great for making large batches) cause the flavor is a little more balanced. The 1L size is great cause it's cheaper by volume over the 750ml bottle but not as heavy and difficult to measure out ounces as the full 1.75L bottle

Overall a great addition to spice up some cocktails with additional orange flavor. Bonus if you pour a splash with mimosas or add it to a Radler.

It goes well with a variety of cocktails. My favorite drink to pair it with is a margarita. I don’t buy Cointreau often because it is expensive, but when I do, it is a real treat.

The recipe is 1oz Cointreau, 2oz blanco tequila, and 1oz fresh lime juice. Put it all in a shaker with ice and shake shake shake! Then strain into a glass and enjoy, so easy! It makes for a delicious and strong cocktail. I absolutely love this drink! I use Cointreau in all cocktail recipes that call for orange liquor.
