[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads from Poise work exactly as advertised. They offer overnight bladder leak protection. They are thick, but comfortable to wear. The sticky adhesive on the back of the pads helps them to stay in place, but isnot strong enough that removal is an issue.

I have used a double pad for a number of months now and this pad works well as the extra pad. It stays in place while I am sleeping and does not move around even if I move. To use as a single pad it is not thick enough, therefore, I would not recommend using only one. I like the wider wings in the back of the this pad.
