As the amount of urine output varies, so did the results while using it. On the nights that she had a normal amount of output, the pads worked extremely well and kept her dry throughout the night. When she had a larger than normal output, the pad didn't cut it and she woke up wet. I think this would work very well for many people, but many others need even more absorbency capacity.

I used these day and night and waking up in the morning they did the job they claimed to do. Other products I have used would not have worked. These are great and I definitely recommend them for bladder leakage and heavy menstruation.
