I like to use adult diapers on my cycle because regular pads do not work. I thought these would work with out big diaper. However I didn't like them.

I waited to use this for when I was on my heaviest day so I could give my honest opinion. At first, I thought these were huge because of how it is shaped, but it made sense once I wore it. It is not like a regular shaped pad. It has a wider back for protection and prevents leakage onto underwear/ bed sheets. I was able to sleep very well because the pad was comfortable to sleep in. Also, it completely absorbed without noticing any odor coming from it. I really do recommend this for overnight protection and will be purchasing this when I run low.

Easy to use, comfortable fit, perfect additional coverage for those long nights. I have such issues with bladder problems and my period. I like having the added coverage at night when my flow is heaviest. It worked wonderfully. Kept my panties clean and absorbed a lot. No odor after being used, was quite surprised at how little odor came off. I loved the extra wide back, as it helped cover all areas needed. Long enough, soft enough, super covered with Poise! Love them to pieces! Maximum protection from a brand I trust. Just so unbelievable that they made such a wonderful overnight pad. Love the shape, no chaffing as it contours between your legs. Just open and stick to panties and you have your directions! Will definitely try them again and will recommend them to others. Was thinking these would be perfect for after having a baby, as we all know that can be fun finding a large enough pad that can handle after.

I always worry about having an "accident" or using a pad that isn't absorbent enough and leaves me uncomfortable and wish a rash (ouch!). These overnight pads were excellent! Very absorbent, highly comfortable, and surprisingly breathable!

But, since they are very thin I did not feel secure, afraid of side leakage. I actually like the more bulkier pads. They were comfortable, no discomfort, no rashes etc. Aside from the thinness , I would most likely use these again.

It's perfect, great size, absorbs well and doesn't feel wet or smelly, soft and comfortable, doesn't get hot when worn all night.
