To my surprise, they offer more security and comfort than overnight pads I often use. I'VE been dealing with fibroids for years now, but they've seemed to have grown during pregnancy, causing a significantly heavier flow . The packaging is very convenient in order to discard accordingly.

The adhesive was okay and kept the pad in place the entire time while sleeping. I did not experience any leakage and the pad was wide and long enough to cover any leaks while sleeping. It absorbs all the fluid and there was no wetness from leakage on the sheets. They could be used during the day as well with the right clothes on to ovoid the pads being too obvious.
