I purchased this product on 11/21/2021 and registered it on 11/23/2021 , one year after I purchased it, the cuff pops up all the time when I do my blood pressure reading.  I emailed Omron on 12/18/2022, they replied to me, "I sincerely apologize; according to the serial number provided in the email your cuff would not be under warranty.  At this time I would recommend to replace the cuff."  If you want to purchase this product, beware that the cuff is not durable, and it just has a one year warranty. To replace cuff will cost you $31.50 plus tax. (I'm not sure about shipping cost).

I am very pleased with this monitor. It is easy to use and works perfectly. It is not compatible with my phone, but that's not a big deal for me to just add it manually. You can see if your device is compatible before purchasing if that would be an issue for you.

As easy as any other blood pressure device to use and get accurate data. Good display on device for up to 2 users. (more than 2 users and you will need to buy another, humm) Our Samsung phone Bluetooth syncs data out to about 12 inches most times. Our LG phone worked once. Now I enter data to the app manually. App or device I do not know. You have to push the button on the device and then select to sync in the app, seems clumsy

The monitor is very accurate, comfortable and easy to put on. But I tried the app to save the readings on my phone and it didn't recognize the unit. Also, saving old readings is complicated and it doesn't save them automatically. So I've stopped trying and am just keeping records on paper.

Bought one of these to replace a working but hard to use older model. Out of the box it was a great improvement. The self fitting cuff is single biggest improvement, being VERY easy for one person to use correctly with no fuss. The large button for user 1 and 2 makes it very easy to tell who's blood pressure is being taken....without looking for your reading glasses. The variety of measurements taken, the display of the latest two readings and the amount of readings saved were all bonuses. The mobile app was easy enough to install and use, connecting to the device immediately after pushing the button. However, I never managed to get any readings to transfer....just kept going into 'connect' or find mode when I tried to transfer. Followed all the help suggestions a couple times without any luck. However this did not stop me from buying a second device for use when traveling!!

Machine is good. Cuff is rigid, spring-loaded, and extremely annoying to get on and off by yourself. User interface of machine is very poor, but the accuracy appears to be good. The Omron app for android is bad. For example, to email yourself your reading, it needs to go through an Omron internet server. Fortunately, the Kardia app is better (for the Kardia EKG device) but I don't think you need to own their device to use their app. It appears that the BP5350 is an almost identical model with a better cuff, but Sam's Club and Walmart do not carry it. The machine is quite hefty, which makes me think that the compressor will last the full 5 years of warranty.

If you buy this machine in the store, check to see if the seal on the box is intact. Walmart sells used blood pressure machines! I was in a hurry and didn’t check, I got home and saw the machine was used! It still had the previous buyer’s readings in memory! It’s disgusting and unsanitary to sell used medical devices.

I've owned previous OMRON BP monitors and this one BP7350 7-SERIES, does not measure up. my BP readings are all over the map. I can take a reading wait 5-20 and the reading are significantly higher or lower. I took it to my doctor's office for reading comparison today and they saw the same issue. They took a few readings with their digital monitor from the left arm then right arm very small deviations. The manual readings from each arm were similar, just small deviations. The Omron BP7350 big divations and nothing close to their equipment. The Series 5, I had was pretty accurate to my doctor's equipment. There is also an issue with Bluetooth connectivity.

Sadly it didn't work for me because the cuff was so hard for me to get it on my arm because it was so hard for me pull apart since having tendinitis in both my shoulders to my joints in my fingers. The monitor I was very pleased with when I could try it. If it wasn't for the difficult cuff I would of kept it.
