I am falling asleep faster and waking up less frequently in the night. Best of all, I wake up feeling refreshed. It was pricier than other mattresses ilI considered but in the long run, it was worth the price. Very happy.

This mattress is so comfortable I fall asleep so fast and I wake up pain free. No hip or shoulder pain. Love my new bed. So glad we made the investment.

Thought the Soft Pillow Top would be too soft, but No. From the very first night, we have slept extremely comfortable and restful throughout the night, unlike our old mattress. We are so very satisfied with our purchase. With the many choices Sterns & Foster offers you can't go wrong. I thank S&F for a great nights sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this product and the adjustable base on May 29, 2023. It was to be delivered on June 20, 2023. HOWEVER, only the base was delivered. Somehow, somewhere the mattress went missing. It took one week to "track" the mattress before an order for another mattress was placed. FINALLY, the mattress was delivered on July 27, 2023. I had a S&F mattress before and loved it. Which is why I ordered another one. I would NOT recommend ordering any product from the S&F website. Customer service was non-existent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right from the start you notice that this is a well-built mattress, the covering has a luxurious feel that keeps you cool throughout the night. The edge support is great and doesn't sink keeping you stable as you rise to a standing position. I now wake up with no back pain, well worth the money ,Stearns and Foster sells an elite product. I will be a repeat buyer.

By far the absolute worst customer service experience that I've ever had. I ordered a Lux Estate PT Firm, based upon other reviews and the Stearns & Foster telephone sales reps recommendation. Everyone was saying that "even though it's designated "Firm-It's more like a medium". Well that couldn't be further from the truth. It is as hard as a rock. I've been trying to initiate a return/exchange for almost a month, and have gotten nothing but grief. The returns dept tells you one thing, the sales dept tells you another. I've after dozens of calls, and at least 12 hrs total spent communicating with reps from both departments. I still have not gotten any resolution. Meanwhile, my back is broken from sleeping on this slab of rock they call a bed. I couldn't be more miserable. NEVER AGAIN! Next step will be to call Wells Fargo and dispute the transaction.

Looking to rotate the mattress and shifting sleep positions for further determination. Just not what I was expecting. Waiting another 30 days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great bed, so easy to get to sleep and no waking up in the nite with pressure point soreness. No back aches in the morning, either. Really nice mattress, I'd buy it again in a minute. Delivery guys were great, in and out in no time and they arrived early--nice!
