Also I read on another review P%26G replied saying customer must have bought Bounty Basic. Insulting %26 condescending to all. The products are obviously different %26 easy to distinguish in store. I think P%26G switched basic quality to original packaging trying to pass it off. whatever occurred, it's not the product of past %26 not worth price difference. JUST BUY GENERIC!

I just got some new rolls, and when I put it in our holder it fell off. I went to measure the inside of the previous roll with the new one. Sure enough it is quite a bit shorter. Nice way to cheat the customers, as no doubt it will be a huge saving when you multiply by the numbers of roll sold. Tried to use the contact to send picture, your website would not take the name of the product; I tried so many names listed on the package without luck, go figure.
