I've been wanting to make the switch to rubber mulch for a couple years now and I was surprised to see that Sam's Club had some in stock! We began with 10 bags and quickly discovered that it would not be enough for all my gardens. We purchased another 20 bags and I'm currently working on getting all of them placed. This mulch does NOT have an odor and it is easy to work with. I'm eager to see how it "performs" throughout the season!

Stays where you put it even in heavy rain. looks good and no fungus like wood mulch. small rubber smell went away quickly. I have put down over 380 bags around our Hospital and received lots of good comments. The coverage is about 5 sq feet per bag not 10 if you want it to look good.

I'm just kicking myself over the number of bags of bright red mulch I've purchased over the last 10 years. Especially when I got my bags on sale for $7. I can't wait to lay this out. It's ridiculous how much coverage this product is. I bought two bags to put around one to put around the tree and I hope I have enough to put around my hostas. Crazy excellent coverage.ten square feet! I bought the brown because I have brown trim on my house. This is going to look so classy. And the color won't fade like the red mulch does. My god I've probably spent four times the $12 I spent on two bags.

Environmentally not friendly rubber mulch. They are crushed discarded used tires.

I bought some this past winter and used it all up. Love it! I'm tired of scraping up wood mulch each year. So far I love it. Now I need 15 more bags of red rubber mulch.

Other than a strong tire odor which I'm hopeful will fade with fresh air and time, my first impressions are great. Looks real, but better! Color is rich. Time will tell how well it holds up to the elements and "wash/blow away" erosion.

As other reviewers have said this stuff DOES cost much more than wood mulch, but its attractivenes, long lasting color, ease of use & weed blocking properties make it worth every penny. Plus, you can walk on it with no pain or worry of getting splinters in your feet! 3rd year buying it as I'm replacing all the old wood mulch in my gardens. Love it!
