I bought some this past winter and used it all up. Love it! I'm tired of scraping up wood mulch each year. So far I love it. Now I need 15 more bags of red rubber mulch.

Other than a strong tire odor which I'm hopeful will fade with fresh air and time, my first impressions are great. Looks real, but better! Color is rich. Time will tell how well it holds up to the elements and "wash/blow away" erosion.

As other reviewers have said this stuff DOES cost much more than wood mulch, but its attractivenes, long lasting color, ease of use & weed blocking properties make it worth every penny. Plus, you can walk on it with no pain or worry of getting splinters in your feet! 3rd year buying it as I'm replacing all the old wood mulch in my gardens. Love it!

We have replaced all of the mulch around our home and added this as a landscape feature around our pool. It is more expensive in the beginning, but in the long run will provide a huge cost and time savings. It's not messy, goes down clean, and because of it being rubber, no bugs. We put down with a weed barrier and are loving the results.

We needed a ground cover for a tricky sloped area near drainage pipes, and this rubber mulch was the perfect solution. It isn’t heavy on the pipes like gravel, but it holds them in place. The brown color blends seamlessly with the wood mulch throughout our landscaping, was hoping to purchase more bags to fill in sparse areas but the product is out of stock.

We spread three bags of this today and are so impressed we're going back tomorrow for six more bags to put around other areas. It is lightweight, clean, easy to spread, nice to walk on (should you wish to), and looks just beautiful. We had no splinters, no dye on our hands, no pieces stuck inside the bags, and no backaches from hauling around bags of wet wood. The bags were easy and clean to crumble and throw out because they were dry and clean. No mess, no backache, just really pretty flower beds and pathway edgings.
