I have had this product for about 6 years. My dentist has seen an improvement in my dental care since then. The product continues to perform well. My issue with the product is the high cost of the replacement heads. I have found them for about $39 for a pkg of 3 at Costco in London, Canada. I never see any " special offers" for discounts from PHILIPS for these.

Have had my Phillips Sonicare about 3 + years now and have purchased for other members of our family. Very easy to use and with great results. I get great reports from my Dentist, so I blame it on my toothbrush. Thank you for making a great product and making it easy to order replacement heads.

Lately, these brush heads have been difficult to find in stores and when in stock they often very expensive. I've settling on cheap off brand brush heads that are either too hard, too soft, or the bristles fray and get caught between my teeth and gums. These Phillips brand Sonicare are really the only ones I would recommend. The price at Sam's is the best you'll likely find.

I bought the e series rechargeable tooth brush to improve my teeth and gums. This product worked like a charm. I have excellent gums and teeth as a result of this product. I like the design and ease of handling this product. The vibrating head makes my gums feel like they had a message. I also love the clean feeling I get from this product. I've been using this product for about three years and soon will need to purchase a replacement. However, the old one is still working quite well. I do have a problem developing were the brush is stopping before the two minutes are up. I assume this is an indication that it needs to be replaced. I will, indeed, purchase another Philips brush.

This is a great toothbrush. The timer feature is great. Now we know how long to brush our teeth! We seem to be doing a more thorough job at brushing. The only thing we don't like is the difficulty of cleaning the inside of the handle and the brushing unit. It should come with some type of brush that would get down into each. If someone forgets to clean them out, they become really nasty inside.

I have had my e-series sonicare for so many years that the number on the inside is not recognized. It still works better than any of the other on the market, including any online or grocery store brand which does not do well in older hands and does not have a head to get in all of the crooks and crannies of my teeth, the other grocery store battery propelled teeth brushes which are fine for traveling and have a variety of heads and hand grips. I've kept mine very clean and each time I get my teeth cleaned, I get high grades, even at almost 69. I will in time need a new one as the pause is starting to waiver at over 15 -20 years, and there is no doubt I will get a Philips Sonicare e-Series Sonic Toothbrush. Also, the threads are starting to go, but again after so many years!

I love my Phillips Sonicare brushes. I have used the Sonicare e-Series toothbrush with my Sonicare electric tooth brush for over 2 years and would recommend it to everyone. I really like the features and the fact that you only have to replace the toothbrushes and not the whole toothbrush.

I have had the Sonicare toothbrush for a long time - maybe 8 or 9 years. The improvement in the appearance of my teeth and my dentist's comments about the better condition of my teeth and gums after I had been using it for a while convinced me to stay with this system. I have continued to use Sonicare ever since and I replace the brush heads on schedule. My dentist and I continue to be happy with my clean, healthy teeth and gums.

Philips Sonicare e-series is an excellent toothbrush and extreme cleaning for the mouth and teeth. Teeth feel like smooth pearls and excellent massage for the gums. Sonicare toothbrush also removes any food particles between teeth and is a very healthy and important item for oral health.

I like this product becuase it does the job and it is fairly inexpensive. However, due to its design it is difficult to keep it clean unless you disassemble it every time. I would buy a different model where the nect of the bruch does not have such a deep cavity next time.
