My previous Sonicare beeped at the end of each 30 seconds. This one stops at the end of two minutes. I would have spent another $5 or so for the more-frequent beeps.

Product was supposed to be one package containing 8 toothbrush heads, but came as 8 individual heads with no packaging, each in a separate plastic bag. Although they look new, the packaging is not what I purchased previously.

Box only contained 6 heads, not the 8 that it's advertised as. Also doesn't come in the bubble pack that it used to be in so you can't see if it's short. But I still need the brushes so I will be returning the box to get another one. So very disappointed

This product does a great job removing plaque and keeping my gums healthy and free of bacteria. My mouth feels fresh and my teeth feel clean with each use. I appreciate the timed intervals so I can complete each section of my teeth with equal brush time.

Will reach every part of the teeth where the manual one can't even reach. I feel mouth freshness after every time I brush with sonicare. Sometimes forget to charge the unit and felt that I didn't brush for that day when I use the manual one. When leaving the country, I normally pack the Sonicare and the charging unit with the AC converter to use in other country.

The packaging (basically, a plain brown wrapper) for these brush heads changed substantially from last time we purchased them at Sam's Club - enough that I was concerned they could be counterfeit and called the manufacturer to check. Even then, the first two Philips-Sonicare reps weren't sure, but another rep finally claimed that everything was o.k. Of course, there is already a problem that the heads don't last as long as they used to, but that's not Sam's fault.

We tried generic replacements and they were terrible. Nothing beats these originals. They last longer and scrub better. Worth the extra money. This pack is a great value. We've had our electric tooth brushes for more than 10 years now with no issues. We even bought travel battery brushes because we can't stand to brush our teeth manually any more. The electric Brushes just clean so much better.

So happy to find these at Sam's Club!!

It was a nice surprise to find these brush heads are still available! The originals are so much better than the off brand.

These arrived lose in a cardboard box. Not in a shrink wrap like you purchase. I wondered where the came from
