I have a question. Is there supposed to be water standing in the bottom of the machine.

It was easy to set-up and works Great! Love the shape of the ice and makes alot :O)

The ice machine has been excellent! We decided to get a larger one so it could keep up with the families use.

Great icemaker so far. My only issue is that the unit does not have a built-in pump for draining when necessary. Based on the area I had for installation, my drain line was several inches above the ground. So I had to create a base that would make the icemaker sit higher than the location of my drain line in order for the water that might need to be drained to go down from the unit. A bit more work to get started but working well so far.

Smaller than I understood but a stand avaiable might be really good

I was soooo disappointed with this product's. It appears to be a nice size ice maker on the screen. But it is a matchbox. I would love to return it..and purchase a larger one. For what it is worth..it works great... just way smaller than I expected.
