Hatch chili flavor is good. Cheese is so-so, consistency is like a processed cheese.

No seriously. This cheese is really tasty and not too spicy. It's great on anything! Tacos. Eggs. Burgers. Whatever! I've even used it in an Alfredo sauce! YUM! If you are fortunate, you might also find other versions of Yancy's. I found Habanero and Ghost Pepper at my local Spec's liquor store. Both are delicious!
