Beautiful flooring

Nice quality, looks great, it is more rustic looking than the pictures depicted but fit my color palette.. the delayed delivery was my only complaint

Just got 60 boxes of these installed in my house. Looks great. The color is lighter in person than what is shown in the photos. I like how there isn't much of the same pattern print. It's very hard to find the same plank pattern so it makes the floor more realistic looking. I am mainly concern with the water proof of these floors since they are laminate and not LVP. Time will tell. Overall, for the price I paid, it is well worth it.

I truly dislike this flooring. Started having cosmetic issues immediately. Customer service for vendor was trash. They didn’t want to offer any fixes. Sams club will let us return the floor so that’s why 2 stars.

This floor is beautiful, but it is awful to install. Order at least 40% more than your square footage because these floors chip and break so bad when installing. Also, for angle cuts or areas that are a little tricky, you will need to go ahead and assume you will break two pieces when trying to install. Very disappointing. I was very excited about this flooring.

I'm not sure I've ever written a bad review, but we are so stressed over this flooring. We saw the commercial ratings and wear layer, etc, and thought this would be extremely durable for our family of 4. We put it in the entire house in June. Now (August) it is absolutely trashed. We've been babying the floors with simple steam mops but the footprints would NOT come off. So, we carefully chose a very highly rated "safe" floor cleaner, and the color was instantly stripped. We also don't wear shoes inside, but my son just wore them inside and there are marks all over that will NOT scrub off. We also have spots that are peeling up. And again, we feel like we are babying this floor because we need it to last a good 20 years! So far we've had no luck finding where to submit a warranty claim, etc, but I assume we'd still have to pay for labor even if we can receive new flooring, and we just shouldn't be doing that less than 2 months in. If you have this floor, please give advice! We can't be the only ones in this situation.

The pieces splintered while attempting to install

I purchased flooring at Pensacola. My Sams card was declined even though I had plenty of credit. I used my bankcard instead. After leaving the store I received a text asking if I had attempted the transaction and, if so, I could proceed with transaction. By using my bank card instead of Sams master card I lost $120.00 in sams cash. very disappointing!. Sams master card at sams .
