The rubber backing is very thick and the front surface is perfect for a glamorous look or an everyday flooring. This is the best quality floor covering I have seen.

All I can fairly assess is the color, which is quite nice, and the weight, which is thick and heavy. I cannot attest to durability, ease of installation, or water.

I am strongly considering using this exact color in our upcoming basement remodel. Love that it looks like real hardwood flooring but doesn’t have the upkeep requirements hardwood floors do
