This HP computer that I purchased at Sam’s Club is probably the 10th HP computer I’ve purchased from Sam’s. I would purchase no other brand of computer than HP. Sam’s always has the lowest prices on my HP’s.

My church sprinkler system burst during January's cold weather spurt. The sanctuary was severely damaged along with other areas of the building. Our electronics were damaged as well. The laptop in the sound room started having hard drive issues so I took it upon myself to replace it. I saw this deal and couldn't pass it up. So far, it has been functioning like a dream. I am thankful I found this deal.

Fantastic computer combo. Everything we need at this point, and plenty of opportunities to upgrade. Life cycle on this one should be 7 years. The 32” monitor looked a bit oversized, but the clarity makes it great.

Great computer. Very large monitor. Wireless keyboard and mouse. Only drawback is the size and locatioln of the power button that is difficult to push.

We've been using HP PCs and laptops for many years now and have always been happy with them. We bought this one for my husband who is not a power user, but spends a lot of time online and with spreadsheets. It's perfect for what he needs, particularly the 32" monitor. We were concerned that it might be too large to fit with our computer desk set-up, but it is not too tall and thin enough to fit perfectly. I also like the matte screen - never understood why anybody would want a "glossy" screen that reflects the light and makes it hard to see. Performance-wise, it's nice and fast, but then all new computer are - we will see how things develop in that regard. I did have some trouble with the initial set-up, particularly with going online which is required for completing the set-up. Figured it out eventually, but it took longer to do than our previous computer set-ups. the wireless keyboard is a nice touch, if not the greatest, same with the wireless mouse. All in all, my husband has been really happy with it and it serves our needs.

This desktop computer package does not have a webcam. The buyer has to go and purchase one.

I ordered this PC online with expectations of an easy setup. Unfortunately, it is more complex than any PC setup I have ever done. In the process of the setup, I can't get my PC registered without buyings Windows and a dropbox subscription. I've had this PC out of the box now for 3 weeks and still can't get it registered.

I purchased two of these computers both of them from fire houses the one I have at my fire house works great no problems whatsoever however the second One that I purchased went to another firehouse and the monitor was cracked you couldn’t tell it to turn it on so I’ve emailed them about the issue and it has been five days And I have gotten an email back says they’re waiting to hear from me but they left me no number to contact them

Very difficult to set up and use. Instructions from HP, at best, are very lacking. Have not been able to use the wireless mouse and keyboard yet. Attempted to contact HP for the updated drivers for my HP laser printer, instead got sent to a false sight and had someone put a trojan on the system. Needed to take to a local trusted computer service to clean up the computer and install the updated drivers. Attempted to contact HP help desk via telephone to ask questions, but since the computer was not up and operational, received no response.

I picked the more expensive computer with high hopes it would be better for my business. This computer has been a constant headache with the internet disconnecting every few minutes to resetting the adapter etc. and having to turn it off/on multiple times to reset. I have seen a few other reviews with the same problem so must be some kind of manufacture error. We will try taking it to a shop to see if it can be fixed 🥴
