This is such a rip off. Right now, stuck with a non functioning and expensive toy or paper weight. The company is of no help at all. Got one new batter bc of the 90 days and then after that on your own. Wish I would have bought a power wheel. I’ve contacted Sam’s yet no reply still. Frustrated & Angry. The one ride my kids got was awesome. Same issue as other reviewers— doesn’t charge.

Terrible product. We had issues with the truck randomly shutting down after 3-5 minutes of use. We followed all the battery charging recommendations, and went through the manual, start to finish, and couldn’t troubleshoot the problem. So, I tried to contact Hyper customer support with the phone number labeled on the truck. Not to my surprise, no customer service available. When I did hold for a little longer, my “hold wait time” was 109minutes per the the automated recording!!! Their website is just as useless. So now I’m stuck with this faulty and expensive vehicle. My kid was so upset as well. Hopefully Sams Club will take it back, but I no longer have the huge box it came in. Junk!!!

I bought this last year and the battery lasts for days. Being a 3-4 year old boy, the gears (plastic) in the motor lasted almost a year before a cog broke. We attribute this to him shifting to forward before the truck came to a stop in reverse. The tires are plastic and lose traction but I solved this by buying a lawn mower tire, cutting 1" strips out then screwing those strips to the center of the tire. Now he goes through anything. Was going to replace the single gear he broke but just got two new motors instead, $17 each, now I have spare gears when the next one breaks and I have to swap it out.

We have had just about every problem you could think of with this car. After the first use it would not recharge. I called and the service department sent me a new mother board. I worked 1 time and quit. They sent a new battery. That too quit after 1 use. If the kids bump the curb the axel popped off.... we were very disappointed in the whole thing. $300 for something that will end up at the dump.

Warning, if your kid has to have the music blaring and dash lights flashing the whole time, this probably isn't the ATV for you. However if you like the fact that your child will be MUCH safer without music during operation, you like that this has twin 12 volt motors that can get up to 5 mph, you like that it comes with an actual four point spring suspension....albeit very simple suspension, but it does help keep all four wheels on the ground and insulates your children's backs better than nothing, and you like that it has plenty of leg room, much more that some similar models, and last you like that a friend or extra toys can be put inside or in the back then you may want to give this HPR 1000 a serious look. We love ours, and so does our little girl! Purchased during the one day only sale at Sam's Club for $199.99.

I bought this for my grand daughter and had it shipped to her. Easy to put together but like many others it would not charge plus a wire on the steering wheel was broken. Size and tires were perfect for where it was going to be ridden and grand daughter was so excited. Contacted Sam's and they sent me the return label. Too big for car so could not return to Sam's or FedEx site so had FedEx pick it up. This was every thing that I had looked for so was so disappointed that it would not work for her. Hope they can figure out why these are having the charging issue.

I bought this for my children during the Black Friday Sales for a Christmas present. It lasted a couple of months before the battery was losing charge quickly and the steering wheel broke and only turns in one direction! I would suggest not buying this. It was NOT worth the $200 that I spent.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. Of course I bought it early because it was in the sale add, so it was purchased Nov. 11, 2017. When Christmas came my 3 year old was super excited as was I when I saw his face light up! We got it together and plugged the charger in to the charging port and it charged. the next day he enjoyed riding it. When he was done we went to plug the charger into the port for the second time only for the port to be so loose that the charger will not stay in. I called Sams and they told me that I only have 30 days for a return through them, that I would have to call the warranty place (square trade) and file a claim. But I read the directions and it states on the back of the manual hypertoy co. will cover it upto 90 days after the purchase date. So I called Hypertoy Co. instead. The first time I called they said they would send out a part and I would have it in 2 business days after it ships. I thought great! so we received the part only for it to be a bunch of wires and have nothing to do with the charging port that I discussed on the phone. So I called them back again and another person with Hypertoy told me that they don't carry that part due to it being part of the frame and that I would have to return the item back to Sams. I told them that Sams told me that they only except returns up to 30 days after the purchase date. She told me to tell them that I had talked to Hypertoy co. and that I have 90days. So here we are trying to figure out how to fit this big thing in my vehicle to get it returned back to the sams I purchased it from. I already feel that I'm going to get the run around and the sadder part of it is, this store shows that they are out of stock on them so even to return it I won't be able to get another one in which my son has fallen in love with. Merry Christmas to him I guess.

Super happy with the value. This toy is deluxe with lights, horn and real engine sound. The grandkids are going to be so happy on Christmas day.
