Great purchase. Just what I expected

It is a great machine we love it

May be too soon to review, but two weeks in and we're delighted with the amount of ice this little machine can produce. It is fast and our people seem to like the little "cup" shaped ice. The true test I think will come in the summer when we reach 90's outside. Normally the bin will be emptied daily, so we'll see...

simple install works well

The machine does as advertised, with only one minor issue. If you transfer the ice to your refrigerator freezer, it will stick together. But if you use it directly, you are fine. The only real problem was the shipping. It was a nightmare with the trucking company.

This is a misrepresentation of what it actually can do. It simply does not make the amount of ice it says it does. Not even half the amount. Would not recommend.

Disapointed it will not let water in to the machine even with more than 50 PSI.

Way to small for the price. It’s ridiculous.

The machine worked well for about a week then we had problems with it making ice. I called the 800 number and the company mailed me a new pump which I installed myself.
