I am soooo happy I bought these pillows. Firstly, they come FLUFFY, not vacuum packed that never end up filling out. I got the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. I like them so much I just purchased another set. Can't beat the price. Thank you, Serta! You have a happy customer.

Love these pillows! I can never find a pillow that is the right thickness. These do not make my neck hurt. The fact that they are queen size makes my pillow shams fuller as well.

I’ve been using these pillows for about a month now and I’m very happy with them. They aren’t too high or too hard, I feel like Goldilocks but they are just right! They are well-made with a lovely border and durable fabric. I need to purchase 2 additional pillows for my king bed, they are just so comfortable!

Just got home from vacation to find these on our porch! We were excited to see them. With being away from our bed for 2 weeks we were happily anticipating going to sleep in our own beds and seeing these made us even happier. They have a silky exterior cover. They are filled form but squishy if that makes sense. Slept on them last night and have no complaints. They are great! Happy to be tossing out the ok’d and using these.

These are my favorite pillows. I am a side sleeper and these can we mushed into the right shape no matter my position. I love that they are down alternative and hypoallergenic. It’s great to have pillows that are easy to wash if needed. Best pillows I have gotten in a long time.

Side sleeper and back sleeper, these pillows are made for all sleeping positions. Comfortable pillows for a good night's rest. They are made out of recycled materials. Soft and cozy. I flip my pillow often due to loke a cooler pillow while I sleep, this oillow I do not have to flip. Good and comfy.

The Serra pillows are very nice quality. I have used them in my camper as we travel and they have been very nice. For me, I like a little thicker pillow in a memory foam but for a a down filled, these are a medium firmness and soft to the touch. The material could be a little higher thread count if Serta was looking to improve them. The comfort level on the pillows is a four. They sleep a medium firmness in my opinion and do mold to your head as you sleep. They also fluff back up pretty well. Time will tell if they continue to keep their shape and fluff with use. Overall a good quality pillow.

This is a great pillow as a decorative sham, however it is not for sleeping… It has no give and is much too firm. Neither myself nor my husband liked the pillow. I’m a side sleeper. He’s a stomach sleeper. It is not comfortable unless you’re sitting up and need support.

I’m a side sleeper and I didn’t feel that the Serta Comfy Sleep pillow helped give me any head, neck and shoulder support. I woke up the next day with neck pain. The pillow is nice and soft but it’s not firm. I would recommend this pillow for someone who likes to sleep on there back.

These pillows would definitely not work for me. No real support and you can’t really maneuver them to make them supportive under your neck. They would work fine for the sham pillowcase and being used as decorative. They did fill out the pillowcase pretty well.
